This is a menu party that will be open all week long. I cook gluten-free and mostly dairy free and make modifications to recipes as needed. This is my menu for the week. What are you making?
Costco Rotisserie Chicken with Potatoes and Veggies
I bought 2 rotisserie chickens and will use the leftovers to make the Creamy Chicken Soup and Chicken Fried Rice.

I use goat milk instead of milk and it makes it thick and creamy.

I've never made this recipe before, so I'm not sure how it will turn out.
![Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie is so easy to make, but it tastes great. It is also a $5 dinner!](http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/d3/36/19/d336197625b1c8e263122dfaf6bc35e3.jpg)
I've never made this recipe and already have a chicken pot pie recipe that I love. This one looks much easier to make, so I'm hoping it works out. I also like that it doesn't have a crust since I cook gluten-free.
I'am going to try ALL of these this week! You make them look and sound so delicious.
