This week I am trying out this recipe for Gluten Free Chicken Enchiladas
I'm going substitute yogurt for sour cream and use less cheese.
I use goat milk instead of heavy cream, chicken stock instead of white wine, and GF flour.
I don't have a printed version of this recipe since it is an old recipe my mother gave me. I'll try and take photos when I make it and post the recipe here. Despite the title, the cheese is optional and I don't usually add it.
