48th Penny Pinching Party - Spray Paint Mirror

Tuesday, August 24, 2010

The Refinished Furniture Party is still going on so don't forget to post your furniture projects here:
The Thrifty Home Refinished Furniture Party

Here is the last of the furniture that I took from my grandmother's house (If you can call a mirror furniture):
I just used a flat dark brown spray paint. No primer or anything special before painting. I figure that I'll probably be painting it white or black or some other color a couple of years from now anyway. I think it took me a whole 5 minutes.

Before
After

What have you been working on this week? Don't worry if you've been too busy getting your kids ready for school and don't have anything. Today is my kid's first day back to school and I am so excited to get my computer back! They have hogged it ALL Summer!

48th Penny Pinching Party!
Rules:
*Add the permalink to the specific blog post, not your general blog address.
*Link back to the party from your post so everyone can join in the fun!

I am going to start this party at 7:00 am MST now that Summer is over and most of us (me) need to start going to bed earlier. Don't forget to link ANY furniture projects you have at the Refinished Furniture Party!
