Welcome to the 40th Penny Pinching Party! Last week I mentioned that I want to start having themes. The first theme will be a month long theme and you will have the entire month to post anything you have that relates to the theme. I want to give you (mostly me) time to have your projects and posts ready, so the first theme will be in August. The theme will be Refinished Furniture. Summer is the best time to get all of those furniture and painting projects done and I have a garage full of half finished projects. Don't worry if you don't have any refinished furniture projects, I will still continue to have the regular Penny Pinching Party every week too.

Tons of Unique Items at CSN Stores

I am so excited that CSN Stores contacted me about doing a review for them. They have over 200 stores so you can find pretty much anything you need. They have some great and affordable home decor like wall sconces, but they also have furniture, toys, shoes, kitchen appliances and tons of other great items. I love their selection of educational toys and I actually bought my kids the Wacky Wigglers from their site several years ago. My kids LOVE this toy and still enjoy playing with it since they can make it into so many different things. They have a lot unique toys and items that other stores don't carry and many items have free shipping.

After spending several hours looking at their 200+ stores I realized the perfect thing that I should get. It is something that I have needed for a very long time and I even did a post about it a year ago. Stay tuned to find out what great item I am getting!

I am so sorry to disappoint all of you but I am not posting a Free Friday this week. My computer is getting fixed and I won't have it back until Monday. I am typing this up on my iPad, but I think it would drive me crazy to try and do the Free Friday post on here. At least I can still use my iPad to visit all of the great Penny Pinching Party links!

Prescription Glasses Online

It has been about 15 years since I have seen an eye Dr. and gotten eyeglasses.

I call them my HD glasses and I only wear them when watching movies in the dark (there is no way I would be caught wearing these in broad daylight, they are the big round circle style that was popular in the 90's).
